Saison Ardennes is a tart saison, hand-crafted to embody the dependable, spirited nature of a classic Belgian-style farmhouse ale. Tart of Darkness is a sour Stout aged in oak, Brewed to resemble a Stout at it's foundation, the journey into darkness begins with fermentation in large oak puncheons at Bruery Terreux, where it's treated with a special blend of souring bacteria and wild yeast cultures.
Kentucky Peach is a blend of sour wheat and quad ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to 16 months with more than 7, lbs of fresh Northwest-grown peaches. This Northwest sour ale is a blend of wheat ales brewed with cherrywood smoked malt and aged in oak barrels for up to 14 months with Northwest-grown peaches. This Northwest Style Sour Ale is a blend of soured Triple, Blonde Quad and Golden ales that have been refermented with the fresh pressed juice of white wine grapes.
